Released in 2025, Nobody Lives Here is the third studio album from SYML, the solo project of Seattle-born artist Brian Fennell, pressed here on Eco-Friendly Yellow vinyl. Fennell describes the record as songs about getting older and the passing of time, written and recorded over the course of a year, some with kids and dogs making noise in the background, others in silent studios with musicians he's long admired. “These songs are meant to be pieces of clothing to wear as you need,” Fennell says. “Some are bright and bold and others are gentle, but they were all made with a sense of comfort in mind, even when things feel bleak.”
