You Knew It Was Me Vinyl LP (Swamp Green)

Released in 2021, You Knew It Was Me is an EP from SYML, the solo project of Seattle-based artist Brian Fennell, pressed here on Swamp Green vinyl. Fennell wrote the A-side choosing to paint in piano rather than lyrics to describe his feelings. “Words can be limiting, especially when the writer isn't speaking a language you understand,” Fennell says. “I wanted to make a piece of wordless music that still tells a story.” The B-side includes songs never before released on vinyl alongside a few fan favorites.
