- Any items ordered along with a pre-order item will be reserved for you and shipped out when all items are in stock and ready to ship. If you want something shipped prior to the pre-order release date, please place a separate order for that item.
- Scheduled release dates are subject to change. If there is a change or delay, we will contact you directly.
- You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships.
- We will do our best to fulfill all pre-orders. In some cases, especially with limited release items, we do not receive enough stock to fulfill all pre-orders. In that situation, orders are fulfilled in the order we received them. If stock is depleted, we will contact you regarding a refund or other options.
- Pre-order mock-up images may vary slightly from the actual product once released.
- We do not store your payment information, therefore payment is collected at the time the order is placed.
