Released in 2024, Infinity is an album from SYML, the solo project of Seattle-born artist Brian Fennell, pressed here on Black Ice with White Splatter vinyl. “Sometimes, songs are wandering souls with no home, and it's not until enough of them are written that the home is realized,” Fennell says. “I have a proud obsession with all things apocalyptic and the doom and wonder of an ever-expanding universe. This group of songs is an ode to the absurdity of human existence and my fondness for it.” The release followed a busy stretch for Fennell, including a feature on Lana Del Rey's Grammy-nominated “Paris, TX” and the launch of his own imprint, FIN.
