The Marcus King Band Vinyl LP

The Marcus King Band, the 2016 self-titled release, pressed here as a limited double vinyl LP. Drawing on influences from The Allman Brothers Band, Miles Davis, Soulive, and Lettuce, King's incendiary live performances led his band across the country, opening shows for the Foo Fighters, Johnny Winter, and Gov't Mule. King, out of Greenville, South Carolina, caught the attention of Gov't Mule leader Warren Haynes, who invited King and his band to perform at his annual Christmas Jam benefit in Asheville in December 2014.
