Houndmouth are an indie Americana band from New Albany, Indiana, known for their warm, harmony-driven storytelling and a sound that draws from folk, country, and classic rock. Their debut album From the Hills Below the City introduced them to a devoted audience through vivid, character-driven songs, while their Dave Cobb-produced second album Little Neon Limelight broke them to a wider audience on the strength of the beloved single "Sedona." Their 2026 fifth album Lordy — produced by Brad Cook with collaborators including Iron & Wine's Sam Beam and MJ Lenderman — marks their most intimate and emotionally direct work yet.
