Recorded at his home studio outside Nashville in the wake of life-saving open heart surgery and written as a deeply personal reckoning with mortality, change, and resilience, the record strips back to just his guitar and voice, with guest vocals from Take 6 and the Soweto Gospel Choir, marking his most intimate recording in a career spanning more than 50 years.
