Any items ordered along with a pre-order item will be reserved for you and shipped out when all items are in stock and ready to ship. If you want something shipped prior to the pre-order release date, please place a separate order for that item.

We will do our best to fulfill all pre-orders. In come cases, especially with limited release items, we do not receive enough stock to fulfill all pre-orders. In that situation, orders are fulfilled in the order we received them. If stock is depleted, we would then contact you regarding a refund or other options.
