Big Stupid Heart is the new album from Andy Grammer, more of an evolution than a return to form, pressed here on special limited-edition Gold vinyl. Grammer started work on the record intending to counter the turmoil he sees unfolding worldwide with something sweet, pure, and fierce. He describes it not as toxic positivity but as a call to keep our hearts open through it all, even when real sadness finds its way in, as heard on first single “Best Hearts.” Bittersweet, sure, but sweet.
