Any items ordered along with a pre-order item will be reserved for you and shipped out when all items are in stock and ready to ship. If you want something shipped prior to the pre-order release date, please place a separate order for that item.
Scheduled release dates are subject to change. If there is a change or delay, we will contact you directly.
We will do our best to fulfill all pre-orders. In come cases, especially with limited release items, we do not receive enough stock to fulfill all pre-orders. In that situation, orders are fulfilled in the order we received them. If stock is depleted, we would then contact you regarding a refund or other options.
Pre-order mock-up images may vary slightly from the actual product once released.
We do not store your payment information, therefore payment is collected at the time the order is placed.
Price Guarantee: Have peace of mind by reserving your copy early! If the price of the item is lowered before the release date, we will automatically refund the price difference to your account when the item ships.
