B-stock refers to products that we don't want to sell as brand new (A-stock) due to minor cosmetic imperfections with the packaging. For example, CDs with with a crack in the jewel case, or vinyl with corner dings. The actual vinyl record or CD inside will be brand new and should play perfectly. Let us know if any questions.
